Business Planning for Childcare Centers

This training is a 3-hour facilitated, face-to-face workshop, with access to a one-year LivePlan subscription provided, and a workbook to equip daycare operators with the skills, research, tools, and information necessary to develop a business plan for either a start-up daycare or to expand/sustain an existing facility. The course uses a cloud-based planning tool, LivePlan, that provides sample business plans, market research tools, and allows the writer to bring in advisors, SBDC counselors, or anyone who could contribute to the development of a business plan.
