This training is a 3-hour facilitated, face-to-face workshop. Understanding Financial Statements is designed to help business owners know how to turn financial statements into useful management tools. This training will teach participants to identify key business information that is captured on the income statement and balance sheet. Also covered will be the distinction between cash and accrual accounting and the calculation and meaning of seven of the most used financial ratios. This knowledge is needed to enable business owners to make fact-based decisions.
