Blueprint for Success: Crafting Your Business Model and Plan: This 2-part session (2-3:15 and 3:30-4:45) will empower early and growth-stage entrepreneurs to transform ideas into actionable strategies. Through interactive exercises and practical guidance, participants will learn to visualize their business using the dynamic Business Model Canvas, and translate those insights into a foundational business plan, setting a clear roadmap for their venture.
