Marketing your small business doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. This course helps you slow down, get clear, and build a strong foundation so your marketing actually works for you.

In Building a Brand Identity & Marketing Plan, you’ll start by defining what your brand really is and why it matters. You’ll learn how the key parts of your brand work together to create consistency, build trust, and connect with the right audience. Once your brand identity is clear, you’ll move into building a marketing strategy that fits your business goals and capacity.

The session covers practical topics like setting clear marketing goals, identifying your target audience, choosing the right messages, and focusing your efforts where they matter most. You’ll also learn simple, time-saving tips—including helpful AI tools—that can make planning and managing your marketing easier.

By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a brand identity and marketing plan template you can use right away. You’ll walk away with more confidence, less guesswork, and a clear direction for marketing that grows with your business.
