The MU Extension Community Arts Program is part of CADEN, the Community Arts and Design in Extension Network. We are a multi-state network of Extension professional working in community arts and design. In 2024, we are offering a quarterly webinar series to educate about topics, practices, and strategies that CADEN members are currently using in their work.

Thursday, Dec. 5 is our final session in 2024, and is focused on "The Creative Economy". What is the Creative Economy, how can creativity support economic and community vitality, and what role does it play in Extension programming?

You'll hear from Anne Katz - Executive Director of Create Wisconsin, who organized a Creative Economy Summit in 2022 and who continues to utilize Creative Economy research in community and economic development efforts in Wisconsin.

FREE, but please register for the Zoom link.
