If you are a beginner planning to start your own value-added canning business, you should join this workshop organized by the University of Missouri Extension. This is a FREE workshop (Courtesy: USDA through Missouri Department of Agriculture) to learn everything you need to know about safely manufacturing canned foods.

Experienced instructors will teach processors the U.S. FDA and Missouri state regulations for canned food preservation.

During this one-day workshop, there will be a lecture, and participants will have the opportunity to watch safe canning. This is a great opportunity for Missouri food processors and beginners to witness the process of canning.

This is an in-person training course limited to 12 participants.
