  • List and define four common types of “exits” for businesses: sell, takeover/gif, liquidate assets or close the business 
  • Organize a Succession Planning Team 
  • Differentiate characteristics of generations currently in the workforce 
  • Explain development and preparation plans for succession, including business and human components 
  • Recognize and apply different valuation models and market/buyer dynamics
