The Reimagining Your Workforce conference brings together employers, community leaders, workforce professionals, and service providers to explore practical strategies for finding, hiring, and retaining talent from often-overlooked workforce populations.
The conference will highlight employer experiences, lived perspectives, and regional resources that support successful fair-chance hiring. Participants will examine common workplace barriers, learn strategies that strengthen retention and performance, and identify partnership-based solutions that help employers respond to current workforce demands.
The goal is to provide employers with realistic, business-focused tools and connections that support stronger workplaces, dependable employees, and long-term regional economic vitality.
