This program is designed for child care administrators and qualifies for up to 4 hours through MOPD.
“Smart Money: Understanding the Numbers Behind Your Childcare Business” is a comprehensive course designed to empower childcare providers with essential financial management skills.
Participants will learn to interpret and utilize key financial statements—such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements—to make informed decisions that enhance the sustainability and profitability of their childcare operations. The course covers budgeting techniques, cost analysis, revenue optimization strategies, and compliance with financial regulations specific to the childcare industry.
By the end of the program, attendees will have the confidence and knowledge to effectively manage their finances, plan for future growth, and navigate the unique economic challenges of running a childcare business.
This program has two sessions. The first session is a pre-requisite for the second session.
