We are excited to announce the Partnership’s new Incubator Growth Initiative. The program is designed to guide and support you and your employees, to ensure your growth and success, throughout your time in the incubator.
Join this live Zoom meeting to review the program and find out what it means for you, as a valued STL Partnership Incubator Client. Program Overview
Duration (time in the incubator): 36 months, extendable up to 60 months if needed
Incubator Growth Initiative:
- Quarterly business reviews with SBDC Counselor
- Monthly education sessions
- Graduation showcase and exit plan
Program Goals
- Support business development and expansion
- Facilitate job creation and community revitalization
- Build capacity for minority- and women-owned businesses
- Prepare businesses for independence and sustainability
To remain in good standing, Clients agree to:
- Attend 75% of monthly workshops and sessions
- Complete all required quarterly milestones
- Meet with SBDC Counselor quarterly, to review and report progress.
- Participate in community-building and networking events
- Abide by all program guidelines and rules
Expectations:
- Professionalism: Maintain respectful conduct and communication.
- Accountability: Remain proactive and responsive to coaching.
- Engagement: Take full advantage of learning and networking opportunities.
- Collaboration: Support peer businesses when possible.
- Confidentiality: Respect intellectual property and private data of fellow Clients
