This interactive workshop helps business owners assess where they are today and determine where they need to go next. Participants will use tools such as a SWOT analysis to evaluate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats while also examining business successes, pain points, challenges, and growth opportunities. The session is designed to help entrepreneurs move from challenge to opportunity by developing a focused strategy, identifying priorities, and creating actionable next steps that support growth, profitability, and stronger business performance.
The Missouri SBDC is funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration. Programs are extended to the public on a non-discriminatory basis.
