In today's dynamic work environment, understanding and addressing mental health is essential for fostering a healthy and productive workplace. This training program is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to recognize, address, and support mental health issues in the workplace.

Participants will learn the following:

  • What is mental health and the most common conditions
  • Ways it can impact the workplace
  • Ways to approach, intervene and support employees
  • Ways to remove stigma
  • Ideas to implement organizational change
  • How to refer and community resources available

In person (light breakfast provided from 8:00 am to 8:30 am/networking) at Freeman Health System Business Center, Conference Room (enter on back side of building)
